Rita Mitjans, the Founder and President of BizGuru, is an award-winning, sought-after speaker, ICF-certified coach, board advisor and thought leader on the "S" in ESG, the business case for diversity and creating highly engaged, inclusive cultures. She combines over 30 years of Fortune 500® successful senior leadership experience in strategy, human resources, marketing, and finance to “connect the dots” for organizations looking to improve performance and create inclusive cultures. As an executive coach, she leverages her training, deep leadership experience with empathy and a bias for action to help clients achieve their goals. Among her standout strengths is her ability to meet clients where they are and to offer practical ways to swiftly enhance their value, influence and brand. Rita is a member of Latino Corporate Directors Association and Private Directors Association, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University.

Rita is a native New Yorker and currently resides in Miami, Florida. She grew up in Queens, NY and graduated from St. John's University where she received a bachelors degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics. She spent the early part of her career in B2B manufacturing Sales before attending Harvard Business School. After graduating from Harvard, she went on to Wall Street where she spent ten years in a variety of operational, strategic and financial leadership roles.
She later joined ADP as the Division VP for Marketing and Strategy for the company's PEO division, contributing to the more than doubling of the division's growth and profitability. After leading ADP's global marketing team, she was appointed as the company's first Chief Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Officer where she launched a strategy and industry-leading programs that resulted in increased employee engagement and talent mobility. She also developed the company's Sustainability Strategy, achieving top quartile industry performance as measured by ISS and published its first Corporate Responsibility Report. Rita is a Board Advisor for several early-stage companies and serves on the Board for E4E Relief, Inc.
