Diversity & Cultural Assessment: Staffing Company

Mid-size company engaged BizGuru to evaluate workplace demographics, human resource policies and employee sentiment to help prioritize actions to increase diversity representation. After evaluating 3 year talent hiring and mobility trends and analyzing results from employee sentiment survey, we identified areas of opportunity in career advancement and sourcing. Specific recommendations were also made to enhance talent development programs for under-represented groups, sponsor employee resource groups to support inclusion and establish mentoring program for high potential talent.

Virtual Meeting
Design & Implement JUSTWise Talk Series

Created custom 6-part series on what it takes to advance diversity, equity and inclusion.  Recruited speakers and facilitated panel discussions. Topics included "developing the business case"; breaking down systemic racism in the workplace; how to have "courageous conversations"; how to diversify your talent pipeline; building inclusive cultures; and must haves for pay equity.

Office Conversation
Unconsious Bias Training in Hiring: Media Company

Design and deliver interactive leadership workshops on how to recognize unconscious bias in the workplace and what actions can be taken to minimize bias in hiring.

Analyzing the data
Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Dashboard 

Evaluated current workplace demographic trends, hiring and succession practices for a publicly-held financial services company. Developed D&I strategy to align with company's broader talent and ESG strategy, including designing an accountability dashboard to measure progress.
