Diversity & Cultural Assessment: Staffing Company
Mid-size company engaged BizGuru to evaluate workplace demographics, human resource policies and employee sentiment to help prioritize actions to increase diversity representation. After evaluating 3 year talent hiring and mobility trends and analyzing results from employee sentiment survey, we identified areas of opportunity in career advancement and sourcing. Specific recommendations were also made to enhance talent development programs for under-represented groups, sponsor employee resource groups to support inclusion and establish mentoring program for high potential talent.

Topics included "developing the business case"; breaking down systemic racism in the workplace; how to have "courageous conversations"; how to diversify your talent pipeline; building inclusive cultures; and must haves for pay equity.
